Worcester Warriors can confirm that Gus Mackay has stepped down from his position of Managing Director.
Mr Mackay feels the club is now in safe hands and that now is the right time for him to step down. He is optimistic about the exciting future ahead of the club under new ownership.
Mr Mackay said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved with the club for all their hard work, in particular the staff, board members, sponsors, and supporters for their support during this period of change.
“I wish the new owners, Alan Solomons, and all the players all the very best for the rest of the season.
“I am confident that with the new owners and current group of players the Club will grow from strength-to-strength and build on the positive start to the season in all competitions.”
