Don’t miss double fireworks treat

There’s only one place to watch the fireworks on Bonfire Night – and that’s Sixways.

Whatever the weather turns out to be like, next Sunday, you’ll be able to have a day to remember, with double the fun.
Apart from being the biggest and the best Sixways display there’s ever been – with the opportunity to spectate from the cover of the stadium’s grandstands, and enjoy food and drink throughout – you can cheer England on against the All Blacks too.
The whole of the big Twickenham match is being televised in the East and South Stand bars so, for the price of a ticket – £6 for adults and £3 for children on the gate, or £5 and £2.50 pre-booked – you have the choice of watching the big match and then rolling the afternoon into the fireworks evening, or simply arriving for the display on its own.
The stadium opens at 2.30pm on Sunday, November 5, for the England match, while the spectacular sky show will start at 7.30pm prompt.
It promises to be the pick of the parties in the Faithful City, a place that’s at the heart of Gunpowder Plot country.
You’ll be able to watch the ground-shaking fireworks themselves from the safety of covered seats in the Sixways stadium. In addition, you’ll be able to eat and drink in the familiar surroundings of the ground’s enclosed bars. There’ll also be a live band in the East Stand bar and free unlimited parking on site.
“We’re very excited that people will be able to watch the action from the stadium,” says Commercial Director Kathy Leather. “It promises to be the best display we’ve ever put on.
“If you want to spend the evening in style, however, there’s a lot extra on offer for anyone who fancies watching from the comfort of one of the South Stand’s private hospitality suites.”
They’re available, with a two-course meal and a superb view of the display, for £320.00 plus VAT per box.
