Warriors help RAF challenge take off

A squad of Royal Air Force personnel serving with the Brigade Parachute Squadron at Wattisham Airfield in Suffolk have undertaken a unique challenge and cycled to all Guinness Premiership Rugby grounds within five days.

The aim of this challenge is to raise money for two charities that are very close to the Squadron, the MS Society & the CF Trust.

The journey started on September 10 and over the week the squad travelled to all 12 Premiership grounds finishing at the 13th stadium, Twickenham, travelling a total of 607 miles.

Warriors played their part with James Brown, Tim Collier and Chris Fortey meeting the RAF team and presenting them with a signed ball and shorts to auction off.
