The Be your Best Premiership Rugby Residential Courses are designed for young players with serious rugby ambitions.
The course will take place at Arborfield Army Barracks between Monday 4th and Friday 8th August.
Players will learn all the latest techniques and skills from the very cutting edge of the game. As well as 25hrs of top quality rugby coaching, they will also receive over 12hrs of unique extra activities provide by the Army. Many of which will be aimed at increasing team and leadership skills.
Premiership Rugby Academy Camps are where you can be your best by learning from the best. How to lead a team like Pat Sanderson. How to beat a man like Rico Gear and how to tackle like Sam Tuitupou.
You’ll have access to the players, coaches and top facilities for a real rugby master class. No rugby player can afford to miss out.

This is a five day intensive programme aimed at developing good rugby players into elite performers. It is therefore expected that players arrive on the course possessing high levels of energy and skills.
All participants will recieve:
A rugby shirt
A ruck-sack
A water bottle
A certificate of attendance
