Worcester Warriors front row ace Matt Mullan has this week been called into the England senior squad as cover.
Prop Mullan joined up with the England Senior Elite Squad at their Pennyhill Park Hotel base on Sunday night.
Mullan will remain with the set-up during the early part of this week as front row cover along with Peter Short (Bath Rugby) who has been called up as cover for the second row.
The test 22 to play Ireland in the RBS 6 Nations on Saturday, February 28, will be announced at 11am on Wednesday.
