Warriors off road with Land Rover

Worcester Warriors prepared themselves for the hard work needed in the final weeks of this seasons Guinness Premiership campaign by venturing down to Eastnor Castle, in the Malvern Hills, for an afternoon of team building on an off roading experience with Land Rover.

Putting the pressures of their sport behind them, the squad spent a valuable day together away from the rugby pitch in the build up to the home league victory over local rivals Gloucester.

Even away from the rugby field the players’ natural competitiveness shone through as they battled it out in a number of challenging activities, in the full range of Land Rover models

Kai Horstmann said: “What a great day, we have been driving some pretty amazing cars, in a great setting, having some fun whilst improving team morale – it certainly beats being flogged by fitness coaches! It’s been a great opportunity, the main thing is that we all got out, as a team, and did something really different together, teams need days like this.”

Worcester is the latest Guinness Premiership team to benefit from one of the Land Rover Experience Days since Land Rover became involved with Premier Rugby.

Land Rover is also the Official Vehicle of England Rugby, as well as the sponsor of a new grassroots tournament – the Land Rover Premiership Cup.
