International rugby will once again arrive in Worcester with Sixways hosting a triple billing of games tomorrow (Sunday, February 27) – and tickets are now on general sale NOW from as little as £10 for Season Ticket holders and £5 for juniors!
England Women – the 2010 Women’s Rugby World Cup finalists – and England U20s Men and Women are all in action at Sixways against their French counterparts in one action packed day of top class rugby.
England Women will be in Worcester to defend their RBS 6 Nations Grand Slam crown against France who finished fourth in this year’s Rugby World Cup. France pushed England all the way last season in the Six Nations, with England edging an 11-10 victory, so the encounter is set to be a thriller.
The England Under 20s men – who could include home-grown Worcester stars Matt Kvesic and Andy Short – will also be in the middle of their Under 20 RBS 6 Nations campaign against a French side no doubt keen to avenge the 47-33 defeat England imposed on them in the 2010 competition.
And finally, England Women U20s will be playing their first international of the season to round up a magnificent day of international rugby at the Championship club.
