Worcester Warriors can confirm that back row forward James Collins will move to Sale Sharks this summer.
Head Coach Richard Hill said: “We are pleased that James Collins has managed to agree a contract with a good Aviva Premiership club.
“He is a talented young back row forward, but it was always going to be difficult for him with the emergence of Jake Abbott and Matt Kvesic this season. We are also strong in the back row with players such as Neil Best, Pat Sanderson, Kai Horstmann and Adam Balding all contracted.
“James has a superb attitude, trains very hard and is always professional. He is currently stepping up into some big shoes, as Pat Sanderson is out injured, and is performing very well.
“I know James will now be very determined to play a part in helping us achieve our objective this season and is fully 100 percent behind the Warriors before he makes his move.”
