Warriors on the road with partner power

Worcester Warriors are all set to be a real driving force in the Aviva Premiership – after taking delivery of a new-look van thanks to our official club partners.

The new Warriors van which will be travelling the length and breadth of the country this season has been kindly supplied by Greenline, Official Transport Partner. And the fantastic new look gas been created by family signage and display firm CitySigns, who have reaffirmed their sporting pedigree by signing a new deal with Warriors.

The 51-year-old company, based at Ball Mill Top Business Park, Hallow, near Worcester, have been named the Warriors’ official signage suppliers for a further two years.

Joint partner Darren Wilkins said: “Our thriving relationship with Warriors goes back over nine years and we’re delighted to be handling all of their signage requirements once again.

“All of our staff are looking forward to a busy few weeks preparing the signage and advertising hoardings at Sixways before the Aviva Premiership season begins on September 3. As dedicated Warriors supporters, we wish Richard Hill and his team all the best for their well deserved return to the top flight.”

Charlie Little, Managing Director at Warriors, added: “The signage requirements at Sixways Stadium are an important part of any event. The communication channels and safety requirements for over 12,000 people on an Aviva Premiership match day are vital. Therefore we are fortunate to work with a local company such as CitySigns and a supporter of the Club. We have a great working relationship with Darren and it was a simple decision to reaffirm our position and continue our partnership for a further and exciting two years.

CitySigns, who are also official signage suppliers to Worcestershire County Cricket Club, will be producing high quality items for Sixways Stadium using their unique £85,000 Gerber CAT UV flatbed printer.

They were the first UK signage business to install this innovative printer, which removes the mounting and laminating processes and uses environmentally friendly inks.

The firm’s other Worcestershire-based clients include Webbs Garden Centre, Andrew Grant Estate Agents and the King’s School Worcester.
