The Warriors Academy is pleased to announce the date for this year’s AASE Rugby Trials at Worcester Sixth Form College will be Wednesday, June 27 between 12.30pm and 3.30pm.
The AASE programme is designed for prospective students aged between 16 and 18-years-old, giving them the opportunity to combine their studies at Worcester Sixth Form College with a full-time rugby training and playing programme, managed and delivered by Warriors Academy Staff.
The programme has proven a superb breeding ground for the club, producing numerous players who have become strong player members of the senior squad, such as Matt Kvesic, Andy Short, and a host of members currently working their way through the Academy, like Ryan Furniss, Nile Dacres and Tom Carlisle.
All players looking to attend the college in the 2012/13 academic year are welcome at the trials, with further details available from the college, or by e mailing AASE co-ordinator Simon Lane on simon.lane@warriors.co.uk
