Friday Night Fun – Live Music & Rugby!

Supporters who descend on Sixways this Friday night for the Aviva Premiership clash with London Irish can enjoy the best in live rugby and music!

The Warriors will be in action from 8pm as we face the Exiles in a crunch league encounter.

Then after the final whistle we are delighted to welcome ‘Time of the Mouth’ who will be performing in the Scrum Club so you can enjoy your start to the weekend!

Formed in the spring of 2010 and after a few line-up changes, this original, indie/alternative three piece from Kidderminster, Time of the Mouth, have played festivals and venues such as The O2 Academy Birmingham & The LG Arena Birmingham, had airplay on BBC Hereford & Worcester and launched their debut EP ‘Third Time Lucky’ in May 2012.

The bands performing in the Scrum Club his season are supported by Youthcomm Radio.

Brian Ryan, Head of Operations at Warriors, said: “We are determined to enhance the supporter experience at Sixways this season and many fans have asked for live music to return after games.

“We have listened to those requests and we are delighted to be able to support talented local bands in allowing them to showcase themselves and play at the home of the Warriors after the game.

“We want to encourage as many supporters as possible to stay after the game and enjoy the live music and start the weekend celebrations with us.”
