Happy Halloween – Perry helps children create charity shirt

Shaun Perry visited Acorns Children’s Hospice in Worcester last Thursday to help the children create this season’s Warriors charity shirt.

Perry spent the day at the hospice, where he joined children as they reproduced their handprints to go on the shirt. Everyone then let their hair down and enjoyed a day of fun Halloween activities.

The shirts feature handprints from children at the hospice and a host of Warriors’ first-team stars.

Fans will be able to see the shirts at Sixways when Warriors players wear it in the Aviva Premiership clash against London Welsh on Friday 21 December.

The shirt is now on sale at a price of £55 for adults and £40 for children. To ensure your shirt arrives before the London Welsh match, call 01905 459309 before 5pm on Friday.

Perry is this season’s Warriors Ambassador to Acorns and has spent time with children, their families and staff this season, joining in with a string of activities.

Acorns relies on voluntary donations for the majority of the £8m plus required to runs its vital services every year. To find out more about the work of Acorns Children's Hospice and how you can help, call Acorns on 0845 120 6892 or visit www.acorns.org.uk.
