Worcester Warriors can confirm that Josh Matavesi will join Rabo Direct PRO12 side Ospreys when his contract at Sixways comes to an end.
The centre, who has played 38 times for Warriors since joining the club in 2012, will move to the Welsh region this summer.
Warriors Director of Rugby Dean Ryan said: “Josh has been an asset to the Warriors during his time at the club and I know he will remain focused on the task here for the rest of the season. We wish him every success at the Ospreys.”
Matavesi added: “I’ve got half a season left at Worcester and there’s a big job still to be done. That is my sole focus between now and May, before I can even look at the future and the Ospreys.”
