Ten players from the Warriors Academy have been called-up to England Under 18’s north training camp, which will take place later this month.
Backs Will Butler, Nick David and Josh Nott will all be looking to impress the England coaches alongside forwards Beck Cutting, Ben Fowles, Ted Hill, Joe Morris, James Scott, Laurence Weston and Zac Xiourouppa.
The England Under 18s will train in two separate groups (players from northern clubs and players from southern clubs) before the best are selected for the full side, who will play a series of matches in 2016.
Warriors Academy Manager Mark Hewitt said: “It is fantastic to see these players included as part of the training camps and it is perfect recognition for the progression they have all made.
“Our Academy is at the heart of everything we do and these call-ups illustrate the depth of talent we are starting to see at the Club.
“The England training camp will provide them with a great learning experience and they now have to work hard to demonstrate their abilities.”
