Sixways set for RFU National Under 17s Finals

Sixways is proud to be working again with the RFU to deliver yet another exciting event this Sunday 30 April, as eight clubs take place in the National Under 17s Finals.

The home of Worcester Warriors has played host to a number of sporting events since its Artificial Grass Pitch was installed in the summer of 2016, with rugby competitions such as Premiership Rugby's Under 18 Finals Day and the Women’s Premiership finals, as well as British and International American Football games and six-a-side football leagues all being hosted on the new surface.

On Sunday, Sixways will play host to four games of rugby as the RFU’s National Under 17s Finals come to Worcester – with eight teams battling it out for the Shield, Plate, Bowl and Cup.

The Shield kicks off at 11am with Henley Hawks taking on Bromsgrove before Chester face up against Old Albanians at 12.45pm.

The Bowl then takes place at 2.30pm with Darlington Mowden Parks battling Taunton ahead of the big Cup final at 4.15pm between Lymm and Tonbridge Juddians.

The event is FREE to attend while parking is also FREE. Gates open at 10am.

Seating is only available in the West Stand while the Clubhouse Bar will be open for refreshments. There will also be a concession stand serving food.
