Before your visit to Sixways Stadium please ensure you read the important information below detailing stadium access, facilities and travel and parking details.

Gates
Gates for the concert open at 6pm. Please allow plenty of time for your journey and parking, and arrive in good time prior to the start of the concert. Patrons holding a Wheelchair Accessible Area ticket can enter via any of our stadium entrances.

Queuing
Please note that no queuing will be allowed before 3pm.

Tickets
Your ticket is to be used for entry to the stadium. Proceed straight to the ticket scanners if you have a ticket. Do not buy tickets from touts outside the stadium. All tickets and vouchers are individually barcoded and tickets sold by touts may have been cancelled. Once entry has been gained we are unable to issue passes to leave the stadium and re-enter. If you have any ticketing queries, please visit the Ticket Office or speak to a member of events staff.

Ticket Office
The Ticket Office, which is located next to the Sixways Reception, will be open from 4pm.

Refreshments
Food and drink, including gluten-free refreshments, will be available in the food village area. We are able to cater for all dietary requirements. If you require any assistance please speak to a member of events staff. Outside food and drink is not permitted within the stadium but customers are allowed to bring one unopened plastic bottle of water (500ml maximum) on entrance.

Facilities
Toilet facilities will be available within the stadium. Cash machines and mobile phone charging points are not available inside the stadium.

First Aid
First aid points are situated within the stadium and are clearly signposted. Events staff will be happy to direct you.

Enhanced Security
Please allow plenty of time to enter through the ticket scanners. All bags will be checked on entry for containers or objects which may be deemed dangerous to the public so please do not bring a bag if you do not require one. Please bear with the security teams and assist them with any checks during your entry. Only one unopened plastic bottle of water (500ml maximum) will be permitted on entrance.

Cameras & Recording Equipment
Small handheld cameras and smart phones are permitted. Professional cameras and visual and audio recording equipment are not permitted and should not be brought to the concert.

Do
Keep your ticket with you at all times.
Arrive in good time prior to the start of the concert.
Allow ample time to take advantage of toilet facilities as there may be queues.
Bring clothing suitable for all weather conditions.
Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
Look for official merchandise and concession outlets located within the stadium.
Avoid unlicensed traders outside the stadium offering inferior goods.
Consider others when moving around the stadium during the concert.
Tune in to local media for the latest travel updates.

Don’t
Bring umbrellas into the stadium.
Smoke within the stadium.
Bring food or drink into the stadium.
Leave valuables on display in your vehicle.
Bring folding chairs or similar items into the stadium.
Bring any large or oversized bags into the stadium.

Car Parking
All on-site parking will be pre-booked and will be fully stipulated on our website and Ticketline (the official ticketing agent). AA signage will be implemented within the traffic area of Sixways Stadium leading off of the island indicating parking restrictions (see map below). All traffic not pre-booked will be redirected to the relevant off-site locations.

Public Transport
We will be offering one Park & Ride site, located at County Hall, that offers 700 spaces. The intended routes are via Pershore Lane from the County Hall. Routes may vary subject to traffic volume on the day. This will be charged at £10 per car when entering the Park & Ride site. All buses have disabled access.

There are also two locations to be used for Park & Walk – The npower and Worcester Bosch car parks. Spaces at these are also chargeable. Car parking at Park & Ride and Park & Walk sites is payable at the locations and subject to availability.
