Three Pears Warriors Academy graduate Huw Taylor will lead Worcester Cavaliers in their Premiership Rugby A League opener against Leicester Tigers at Sixways this Monday night (kick-off 7.30pm).

Skipper Taylor is one of six senior Warriors players who have been named in the 23-man squad with summer signing Tom Howe given the nod on the wing, in a back three that also includes Academy youngsters Nick David and Alex Hearle.

Gareth Milasinovich returns to action at loosehead prop, lining up next to hooker Matti Williams and Academy tighthead Nick Rigby while the giant Christian Scotland-Williamson starts in the second row alongside Justin Clegg.

Ted Hill and Tom Dodd start in the back row alongside Taylor while hooker Niall Annett could make his comeback from a hamstring injury after being named on the bench.
