Solomons has amassed a wealth of coaching experience over the last 20 years, overseeing clubs including Ulster Rugby, Southern Kings and Edinburgh Rugby.
Warriors Director of Rugby Gary Gold said: “We are delighted to welcome Alan to the Club as he is someone who possesses huge experience after two decades at the top of the game.
