Warriors President Cecil Duckworth and scrum-half Jonny Arr were spreading the good will this week as they delivered over £500 worth of donations from a generous Warriors supporter to Acorns Children’s Hospice at Bath Road, Worcester.
The fan had been saving up a chest of change along with a large piggy bank over the past 15 years, which has amounted to over £500.
And the kind supporter decided to donate all the proceeds to the charity which cares for local life-limited and life-threatened children.
Arr visited the fan’s home to pick up the hefty chest of money before delivering and presenting it alongside Duckworth to Acorns on Friday.
Arr said: “The box of money was ridiculously heavy and it’s amazing that they’ve been able to save so much change!
“We really do have some amazing, kind-hearted supporters and this money will go towards what is a fantastic cause.”
