Could you make an impact at Sixways? Well the Warriors Community Foundation is currently recruiting for an Inclusion Coach.
Reporting to the Disability and Inclusion Lead, the successful candidate will be part of an award-winning team who deliver unique sports programmes to participants across all our inclusion programmes.
The ideal candidate will have an empathy with and desire to work with people who have multiple and complex individual needs.
They will also have a desire to work with young people through our HITZ programme, which is an educational and enrichment sports programme for some of the hardest to reach young people, many of whom will have had an adverse childhood experience.
If you love sport and have a desire to work in specialist areas, supporting some of the most isolated people in our community then we want to hear from you.
You will be self-motivated, able to work as part of a dynamic team and will have a sports education background with a minimum Level One coaching certificate along with minimum GCSE C Grades or above in both English and Maths. This post is also subject to an enhanced DBS clearance.
