Valkyries Development XV produced a dominant display to beat Loughborough Lightning 40-10 and record their biggest win of the season in the Tyrrells Premier 15s Development League on Saturday.
Valkyries ran in six tries at Loughborough University with loosehead prop Akina Gondwe and full-back Vicky Laflin scoring two each.
Openside flanker Charlie Wilcock and centre Vicky Foxwell scored the other tries with Foxwell landing five conversions to finish with a haul of 15 points.
Fly-half Rebecca Scholes proved an influential playmaker with number eight Zoe Bennion and lock Sarah Bill powerful and effective ball carriers.
