Warriors prop Joe Morris has been named in Oxford University’s starting line-up for the Varsity Match against Cambridge University on December 6.
Morris will be winning his second Blue having played in the historic fixture for the first time in 2016 and will take his place in an Oxford side aiming to prevent Cambridge completing a third consecutive win.
The former King Edward VI School, Aston pupil is in his third year at Oxford where he is reading Biomedical Science at St Edmund Hall.
Morris, 20, has represented England at every age group from Under-16s to Under-20s and is a member of the Three Pears Warriors Academy.
Oxford’s side includes three players with Premiership experience in former Saracens full-back Ben Ransom, centre and captain Dominic Waldouck (Wasps, Northampton Saints, London Irish and Newcastle Falcons) and former Harlequins lock George Robson.
