Former Warriors back rower Alafoti Faosiliva has now completed his rehabilitation with the Club from a knee ligament injury.
The back-row sustained the injury in the European Challenge Cup victory over Pau at Sixways last December and he missed the second half of Warriors’ campaign.
Although Faosiliva left Warriors at the end of the season he has continued to be a regular visitor to Sixways as the club have allowed him access to the medical and fitness facilities so that he can complete his rehabilitation and boost his Rugby World Cup prospects.
Faosiliva, 33, joined Warriors from Bath three years ago and won the last of his 23 caps against Wales in Apia in June 2017.
Zac Xiourouppa, another forward who left Warriors at the end of last season, is also in the process of completing his rehabilitation at Sixways from a season-ending knee ligament injury before he links up with Birmingham Moseley in National One.
Alan Solomons said: “I am pleased to see that Alafoti and Zac and are well on the road to recovery. They are both great guys and we wish them well for the future.”
