Warriors Under-18s are unchanged for this Saturday’s Premiership Rugby Under-18s Academy League clash with Northampton Saints at Franklin’s Gardens (kick-off 2.00pm).
Buoyed by an impressive 33-21 victory over Wasps at Sixways a fortnight ago, Warriors will be eyeing back-to-back wins to start 2020 in style.
Tries from Adam Lane, Joe Richards, Jack Forsythe and Tobi Wilson secured an emphatic bonus point triumph against Wasps, with Mike Hall, Three Pears Warriors Academy Manager, keen to see his side continue in similar vein this weekend.
“Saturday’s trip to Northampton will be a good test for us against a very good Saints side,” said Hall.
“We played some really good rugby against Wasps, particularly in the first half, and we want to continue improving.
“It’s good to see Jon Lilley and Mitch Reeves back from injury as they are both talented players, who we have missed in the opening two matches and will give us more options on the bench.”
Warriors sit third in the Northern Conference table having played a game less than Leicester Tigers and Sale Sharks, who occupy first and second places respectively.
