In the event that the four remaining home games in the 2019/20 season are cancelled or ordered to be played behind closed doors because of the Coronavirus pandemic, Warriors have put in place a contingency plan for Season Ticket Holders and match ticket purchasers to claim or donate a pro-rata refund.
A decision on the matches against Gloucester Rugby, Harlequins, Bristol Bears and Saracens has yet to be made by Premiership Rugby but Warriors will provide supporters with three options to ensure that they are not out of pocket if the games cannot be rearranged and played in normal matchday conditions.
• Option One: Support the club
Supporters will have the option to donate their refund amount to support the club going forward and help Warriors through a challenging period when our revenue streams have been badly affected by the Coronavirus lockdown.
• Option Two: On Account balance
Supporters will be able to put their rebate On Account and use that sum to purchase tickets or buy food, drink and merchandise when Sixways re-opens.
• Option Three: Pro-rata refund
Supporters will be entitled to a refund based on the remaining 2019-20 fixtures that fans are unable to attend.
Please note that the reimbursement policy will only be applicable to matches that are cancelled or played behind closed doors.
