The session will be the third in a series during the lockdown and comes as players prepare to return to Stage 1 of the Elite Sport Return to Training Guidance on Monday June 15. Stage 1 allows for individual conditioning (or groups of individuals conditioning) in a performance environment with strict social distancing maintained at all times,
