Montgomery replaces Dodd in starting XV

Warriors have been forced to make a change to their selected side for Sunday’s Gallagher Premiership match against Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park (kick-off 3.00pm).

Back-row forward Tom Dodd, who suffered a head injury at Wasps last week, withdrew from the matchday squad following today’s captain’s run at Sixways.

Dodd’ place at blindside flanker will be taken by Caleb Montgomery who has been promoted from the bench and will make his first Premiership start.

Matti Williams takes Montgomery’s place as one of six forward replacements. Williams is set to make his third appearance of the season but first since the European Challenge Cup victory over Enisei-STM in Krasnodar in November.
