As you will be aware the home matches against Bristol Bears and Saracens will be played behind closed doors in accordance with current UK Government social distancing guidelines for sports grounds.
The decision means that Warriors Season Ticket Holders and those who purchased tickets for the original dates for the Bristol and Saracens matches can now claim or donate a pro-rata refund.
We continue to live in a difficult and challenging times with the COVID-19 pandemic having a significant impact on the way we live our lives.
We appreciate that this has been a huge frustration for all our supporters and for the club too as Sixways is not the same without your magnificent support.
All Season Ticket Holders and Match Ticket purchasers should have received an email outlining their reimbursement options for these two games. If you haven’t received an email by Thursday, please check your junk email folder and if the email is still not there, please email hello@warriors.co.uk or call the Ticket Office.
We greatly value the continued support of the club and thank supporters for their patience in resolving the issue of reimbursements.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
- Season Ticket Holders have until 5pm on Sunday October 11 to select their chosen reimbursement option by completing the reimbursement survey.
- Season Ticket Holders who choose the ‘Support the Club’ option will be included on a ‘Thank You’ board which will be displayed in the EBC Fanzone for the first match at Sixways that spectators are allowed to attend.
- If you do not complete the survey by the above deadline, we will assume that you wish to select the ‘Support the Club’ option and donate your reimbursement amount to Warriors to help us through a challenging period.
- Pro-Rata Refunds will be actioned by the end of October.
- To calculate your reimbursement amount divide the amount paid for your 2019/20 Season Ticket by 16 (the number of matches included in the Season Ticket) and multiply by two which is the number of confirmed fixtures that will be played behind closed doors.
Please note: we will be enforcing a strict deadline for claiming a pro-rata refund, any supporter who does not complete the reimbursement survey by 5pm on Sunday October 11 will be entitled to an on-account balance only.
