New signings for 2021/22

Duhan van der Merwe
Scotland international Duhan van der Merwe was the club’s first signing for 2021/22 season.The powerful 25-year-old wing has lit up the Pro 14 since joining Edinburgh in 2017 and has been tipped for a British & Irish Lions call up this summer.  Full story.

Jack Owlett
The 26-year-old Wasps tighthead prop was the second player to sign up for next season. The front rower also has experience with Exeter Chiefs and Scotland U20s. Full story.

Chistian Judge
The experienced Premiership tighthead prop will join in the summer from Bath Rugby. The 28-year-old was a title winner with Saracens before joining Bath in 2019 after impressing from Cornish Pirates. Full story.

Will Chudley
The 32-year-old scrum-half joins from Bath Rugby and has over 100 Gallagher Premiership games under his belt after successful spells at Exeter Chiefs and Newcastle Falcons and Bedford Blues. Full story.

Willi Heinz
England international Willi Heinz was confirmed in February and will join in the summer. The experienced scrum-half joins from Gloucester. Full story.

Scott Baldwin
Wales international hooker Scott Baldwin was announced in March and will make the move to Sixways this summer. Full story.

Kyle Hatherell
Standout Championship talent Kyle Hatherell signed up at Sixways on a long term deal in March and joins on 1 April. Full story.

Sione Vailanu
Powerful Tongan number eight Sione Vailanu was signed in April and will add further firepower in the back row this summer. Full story.

Owen Williams
Wales international Owen Williams will link up with the squad ahead of the 2021/22 season after joining from Japanese club Red Hurricanes. The experienced Premiership player can play at fly-half and centre. Full story.

Harri Doel
After impressing on loan from Scarlets, 20-year-old winger/full-back Harri Doel was signed permanently in a deal which begins in the summer. Full story.

Jay Tyack
Tighthead prop Jay Tyack joined from Cornish Pirates in May with immediate effect and is renowned as one of the top scrummagers in the championship. Full story
