Warriors would like to thank all the businesses and organisations who have supported the club throughout the 2020/21 season with a player sponsorship.
At a time when all businesses and organisations have faced financial challenges and uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that support is appreciated more than ever.
Owing to social distancing measures and restrictions that have been in place since March 2020, there has been no opportunity for player sponsors to meet and interact with the Warriors squad as they would under normal circumstances.
“We are incredibly grateful to all our player sponsors for their support during these difficult times,” said Gill Wood, Warriors’ Head of Commercial.
“Due to the restrictions that have been imposed on all areas of life, the players have not yet had the opportunity to meet and thank their individual sponsors face-to-face.
“Thankfully, restrictions are now easing and which will give us the opportunity to get the players and sponsors together in a safe and socially-distanced way to thank them for helping the club this season.”
All of this season’s player sponsors have been invited to watch a training session at Sixways on Wednesday April 28 followed by a socially-distanced meeting and photo opportunities with the players.
