Summer signing Duhan van der Merwe scored a hat-trick for the The British & Irish Lions in a dominant eight-try victory against Cell C Sharks.
Van der Merwe was awarded Man of the Match for his electric performance in Johannesburg.
Fellow signing Rory Sutherland also impressed off the bench with the loosehead prop making a storming run in the second-half as well as winning a turnover to set up Van der Merwe’s third try.
