As most legal restrictions on social contact are lifted in England today, Sixways Stadium is gearing up for a trio of fantastic shows performed by stars of London’s West End.
Kicking-off with a double-header of shows on Friday August 6 and Saturday August 7 in the shape of An Evening of Abba and An Evening of Queen, Sixways hosts An Evening of Tina on Friday August 27.
Labelled ‘freedom day’ by many today, the success of the UK’s vaccine rollout means that the Government can progress to the final stage of removing most legal restrictions. More than 68% of UK adults are now fully vaccinated and this figure continues to grow as the venue and events industry looks ahead to brighter times.
Ricardo Afonso is the lead vocalist of An Evening of Queen, having previously starred in Jesus Chris Superstar as well as appearing on The Voice UK, while lead singer of An Evening of Tina Tsemaye Bob-Egbe appeared as Tina Turner in Tina The Musical at the Aldwych Theatre.
