Worcester Warriors today unveiled a stylish new home playing kit which the team will wear for the first time in Friday’s pre-season friendly against Connacht Rugby at Sixways (kick-off 7.45pm).

The playing strip has been designed by kit suppliers O’Neills and manufactured in the United Kingdom. In line with the club’s #TimeForChange message, the new shirt delivers a fresh and modern look which combines navy and electric blue in a with a single gold band on each arm.

The logo of Adam Hewitt Ltd, Warriors’ Main Title Partner, is displayed across the front of the home shirt with bp pulse down each side, hcr law on the right breast, Rapport, EBC Group and Exol Lubricants on the back and First Choice Facilities and Blackpole Recycling on the right sleeve

The new kit has been given the seal of approval by Club Captain Ted Hill.

“Blue and Gold is traditional for us and I think O’Neills have done a really excellent job at designing a modern shirt” Hill said.

“It’s really nice to have the new, fresh feel ahead of our new season which is really exciting.  It’s always a privilege to run out with the boys and it will be even better wearing this new kit.”

“Our design team at O’Neills Sportswear have worked closely with the Worcester Warriors team to produce a contemporary and fresh look whilst also retaining the traditional Navy and Gold Club colours,” said Neil Williams, Professional Sports Club Sales Manager at O’Neills Irish International Sports Co. Ltd.

“We hope Warriors supporters love what we have done with the new club designs and we look forward to seeing the men’s and women’s teams play in the home kit in this weekend’s fixtures against Connacht and Sale.”

Adult replica shirts cost £50 whilst Kids replica shirts cost £35. Replica kit can be pre-ordered here with an estimated delivery of end of September.
