Matchday FAQs

What health and safety measures do I need to be aware of and do I need a Covid Passport?
Due to the size of our stadium, there will be no requirement for vaccine passports for those visiting Sixways but we remind everyone to continue to respect others and observe social distancing, maintain good hand hygiene and encourage the wearing of masks where possible whilst at the stadium. The wearing of face masks will now be mandatory in all indoor public areas of the stadium at all times, with the exceptions of when eating or drinking. In order that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at Sixways, please do not come to the stadium if you are suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with anyone suffering from symptoms or who has returned a positive Covid test. As an additional safety measure, we encourage everyone to take a Lateral Flow Test at home before coming to the match.

How long do Season Ticket holders have left to use Ticket Vouchers?
All ticket vouchers as part of 2021/22 Season Ticket Holder packs expire on 31 January 2022. This means that Saturday’s match is the last chance to use the ‘Bring a Friend for Free’ voucher, and the upcoming match on 29 January against Northampton Saints is the final chance to use the ‘Gallagher Premiership Ticket Voucher’. To use your vouchers, please speak to the Ticket Office on 01905 459309.

Saturday’s match is our first 5:30pm kick-off of the season, have the bus timetables changed?
As usual, bus services will commence from two hours before kick-off (3:30pm) – including the Sixways Shuttle and X18 & X19. Following the match, the first buses will leave once full and will then be on demand until 9:30pm. For full details on travelling to Sixways, please click here.

How can I watch the U18s match and when does it kick-off?
Warriors U18s take on Northampton Saints U18s as the first part of Saturday’s double-header, kicking off at 2:30pm. All 2021/22 Season Ticket Holders and RC Toulon match ticket purchasers are able to watch the match. Gates open from 2pm.

When does the Fanzone, sponsored by EBC Group, open and what matchday entertainment is on?
The EBC Fanzone will be open from 2pm, ahead of the U18s match. Happy Hour and Early Bird drinks prices will be running, where drinks start from £3.60 a pint. Our Matchday Band ‘The After Party’ will be performing sets pre and post-match and the Kids Zone will feature a Bucking Horse Rodeo Simulator and an Interactive IPS Cones challenge.

Why can’t the screens display when a player has been carded?
On Saturday we will be trialing a feature on the screens to include yellow and red card information and a sin bin clock, should this be necessary.

Can I sit in my usual West Stand seat?
Unfortunately due to EPCR Regulations, a strict red zone must be implemented in the West Stand. All Season Ticket holders affected by this should have been contacted by the  Ticket Office with updated seat details.

Tickets are still available for the heavyweight European clash and start from £12 for adults and £5 for juniors. For more information please visit our Matchday Info page.
