Ted Hill backs PRTV streaming service

Club Captain Ted Hill has backed the new PRTV Live streaming service which show all will show all Warriors that are not broadcast live by BT Sport or ITV.

The first Warriors match to be shown on PRTV will be the away game against London at the Brentford Community Stadium on Saturday March 5 giving supporters who are not making the trip the chance to follow the game live.

“The launch of PRTV Live means that our supporters don’t have to miss us play because they can’t make the game, or it isn’t being streamed on BT Sport or ITV,” said Hill.

“It’s another step in the journey to grow the sport and make Premiership Rugby accessible to as many people as possible, which is really important to us as players. The fans really make the game what it is, so knowing that they – and our friends and family – can watch every game they want to is a huge positive and a big morale boost for the guys.

“We’re hoping the fans make the most of PRTV Live and get behind us for our match against London Irish next week.”

The matches are available to purchase now via the Premiership Rugby website; the first matches will be streamed on the Premiership Rugby app on 25 February. From 25 March PRTV Live will also be available via desktop. A match pass will cost £4.99, and a full round pass will cost £6.99.
