Four changes for Warriors Under-18s for Sixways Finals Day

Warriors Under-18s have made four changes to the starting XV for their match against London Irish at the Premiership Rugby Under-18 League Finals Day at Sixways on Sunday (kick-off 11.30am).

The match, which will decide ninth place in the competition, will kick-off a busy day of action at Sixways with seven matches on two pitches – the main stadium pitch and the turf A&H pitch.

Warriors will help to get the action underway on the stadium pitch having finished fifth in the North Conference.

Billy Emerick comes in at full-back with Dan Chambers, who started there against the Yorkshire Rugby Academy two weeks ago, switching to fly-half.

Oli Smith is promoted from the bench to the left wing in place of Alex Wills, who suffered a head injury in last weekend’s England Under-18s Development Camp at Bisham Abbey.

In the pack Ethan Allen returns at hooker in a swap with Loic Keasey and Owen Boxall is recalled at openside flanker with captain Theo Mayell moving back to number eight.

The Premiership Rugby Under-18 Academy League final between Bristol Bears and Northampton Saints will kick-off at 5.30pm.

Admission to Sixways on Sunday for all matches is free.
