Pedal The Premiership cyclists to visit Sixways

Four intrepid cyclists who are pedalling around the 13 Gallagher Premiership clubs in seven days will visit Sixways on Friday on the final leg of their gruelling journey.

The quartet will travel more than 840 miles in total in their Pedal The Premiership challenge which will raise awareness of and vital funds to tackle the stigma surrounding men’s mental health in partnership with the LooseHeadz foundation.

The cyclists, led by Stuart Baker, began their journey at Exeter’s Sandy Park last weekend and will set off from Sixways at breakfast-time on Friday at the start of the last leg which will end at Bristol Bears’ Ashton Gate stadium ahead of Friday’s Premiership match against Exeter.

The cyclists will be joined on the final leg by three former Warriors, Nick Baxter, Jonny Arr and Shaun Perry.

Arr will also one of a core group of cyclists who will be involved in Gallagher’s The Road To Twickenham ride next month.

They will take the Gallagher Premiership Trophy around all 13 Premiership clubs on a 750-mile route which will start at Newcastle Falcons’ Kingston Park ground on June 11 and end at Twickenham for this season’s Premiership final on June 18.
