FAQs

1. Why is there a limited capacity attendance for this match?

To open anything more than the East Stand safely requires more staff and money than we
have available to us at this time. If and when the situation resolves itself and we can
facilitate a full match day experience, we look forward to selling out Sixways so everyone
can show their support for the team.

2. I am not a Season Ticket holder, when will I receive the match tickets I have purchased?

All print-at-home tickets will be emailed to supporters ahead of the match on Sunday. All

have purchased a ticket in North, West or South Stand, you will be moved to East Stand and

Important Information – Sunday 18th

Warriors’ Gallagher Premiership match on Sunday against Exeter Chiefs (kick-off 3pm, gates open 1pm), will have a maximum capacity of 4,999. This is due to health and safety regulations based upon the number of stewards, and staff, all of which are volunteers, and medical provisions available to the club, all supporters will be seated in the East Stand for this match.

On-site car parking is sold out and park and ride services will not be running. The Sixways Store will be open.

There will be a limited supply of food and drink to purchase on matchday which will be sold until all stock is depleted, with specific outlets to be confirmed to match attendees via email. We are currently experiencing issues with the Wifi at the stadium and cannot guarantee card payments will be available. Therefore, we recommend all supporters bring cash.

Normal pre-match entertainment, both in the Fanzone and on the big screens, will not be running as usual. In line with the RFU and Premiership Rugby’s collective message of respect following the passing of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II, there will be a minute’s silence, followed by the National Anthem pre-match, with supporters encouraged to commemorate Her Majesty’s 70-year reign with applause in the 70th minute of the match.

Please note at approximately 2:40pm, bars and other areas of the stadium will temporarily close to allow staff to position themselves for the minute of silence.

With many of the weekend’s staff being volunteers, we are expecting longer queues and advise all supporters to arrive early and remain patient.

Further information regarding next weekend’s fixture against Newcastle Falcons will be communicated in due course.

Any questions should be directed to our social media channels, and not via phone due to staffing. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible. For the time being, please use this latest news section of the website for the most up-to-date information on matches. Other areas of our website may not contain the correct information for this matchday and cannot currently be amended.

We thank all supporters for their patience and support in these unprecedented times and look forward to seeing you all cheer on our teams and the staff who have worked to ensure both matches take place.
