Benny Williams

Head of Women's Rugby Development

Benny joined Worcester as a fly-half in 2013 before fracturing her leg against Harlequins on the last day of the season 2016/2017 season.

Since then she has moved into coaching the development team and leading on the centre of excellence, in addition to a 18 months coaching the Women's team at the University of Worcester.

Williams started her rugby playing career at Basingstoke RFC and then moved to Ellingham and Ringwood at under 15 level before then playing her first senior game of rugby for them.

Williams holds a 2:1 degree in Sports Therapy, while one of her uncles is former Premier League manager Nigel Pearson, who helped to look after her when she broke her leg.
