Lydia joined the club in July 2019 after completing a Bsc(Hons) degree in Sports Therapy, and has a keen interest for trauma management.
She has previously gained experience with UW Mens Rugby, Bromgrove RFC and Worcester Wolves Basketball Club.
In her spare time Lydia plays Ultimate Frisbee. She also volunteers as a youth leader and first aider with St John Ambulance.
