Max Stelling joined the Warriors Academy in 2012 and burst onto the scene with a Club-record six-minute hat-trick on his first-team debut against Bizkaia Gernika in October 2012.
In just three appearances from the bench in his first season, Stelling crossed the whitewash a total of five times before adding another three tries in 14 first-team appearances during the 2013/14 season.
Promoted to the first-team ahead of the 2014/15 Greene King IPA Championship campaign, his rapid development continued as he crossed the whitewash 17 times in 24 appearances as Warriors gained promotion back to the Aviva Premiership at the first time of asking.
Stelling found his game-time more limited in the 2015/16 campaign but was able to continue his development with the England Sevens squad in Hong Kong.
In the 2016/17 season Stelling featured eight times for Warriors and bagged another four tries which included a superb brace versus Bristol Rugby in the Anglo-Welsh Cup.
The powerful centre, who spent time with Championship side Jersey during the 2012/13 season, also represented England Under 20s.
