Welcome to Worcester Warriors Matchday Hospitality, your guide to making the most of your VIP experience at Sixways Stadium. This page brings together all the key details for our hospitality guests, including itineraries detailing menus, dress codes, where to go on arrival plus how to get here, and what to expect throughout your day.

Our Ticket Office will distribute tickets for all VIP hospitality guests by email on the Monday before each upcoming matchday.
Ticketing emails will be sent to the main booking contact along with a guide on how to distribute tickets to your invited guests.
These digital tickets can be download to your Apple Wallet, saved to your device or you can bring a printed physical copy to show at the hospitality entrance.
For those who are seated in the Chairmans Lounge or 5 Star Windows Suite, please collect a wristband from reception prior to entry into the hospitality areas.
Hospitality car parking is in car parks A and B only, and must be pre-booked in advance. More information to follow on car parking very soon.
Worcester Warriors vs Cornish Pirates | 6th December 2025
IMPORTANT: due to the scheduled Sixways Christmas Party on 6th December, we require all those in the Chairmans Lounge, 5 Star Windows Suite and Sterling Suite to vacate these areas by 5pm for the Sixways team to begin set up. Guests are invited to use the EBC Fanzone area until it closes at 7pm.
Worcester Warriors vs Richmond | 13th December 2025
Take Junction 6 off the M5 motorway. Then take the A4538 (Pershore Lane) to Droitwich.
The Sixways complex is just 500 yards away, clearly signposted on your left hand side as you drive down the hill and towards the Sixways complex.
Worcester has three stations: Worcestershire Parkway Station, Worcester Foregate Street and Worcester Shrub Hill Station.
A taxi journey to Sixways from Worcestershire Parkway or Shrub Hill will take just over 10 minutes and the journey from Foregate Street is 15 minutes.
From Worcester City centre, the 34 and 35A bus routes operated by First Bus have stops on Wainright Road which are close to Sixways Stadium. See their route map here: https://www.firstbus.co.uk/worcestershire/routes-and-maps/network-maps.
Alight near Shire Business Park and you can walk the same route along the canal to the Stadium as our Park & Walk option. The route is approximately a 10 minute walk. Please ensure you search for the latest route updates and bus times here: https://www.firstbus.co.uk/worcestershire
General admission car parking is available at the stadium in car parks C and E only, and must be pre-booked in advance.

Park & Ride with Commandery Coaches
To make your matchday journey even easier, Worcester Warriors are delighted to offer a Park & Ride service in partnership with Commandery Coaches.

From the Swinesherd Way (A4440) roundabout, turn onto Wildwood Drive and follow the signs to the County Hall car park.
Please ensure you only park in the County Hall car park. Parking in Worcester Woods car park is not permitted.

When booking, you will be asked to provide your car registration and number of passengers. This information is securely shared with our parking service provider, Big Parking.
On the Day

You’ll receive a QR code pass with your booking.

Your QR code must be shown before boarding the Park & Ride bus.

Buses will begin departing 15 minutes before the stadium opens.

Several buses will run in a continuous circuit between County Hall and Sixways to ensure smooth and efficient transfers.

The final bus to head to the stadium will be 30 minutes before kick off

Return buses will start their circuit from shortly after the final whistle, and will run until 2hrs after the match end so you can still have time to enjoy the fanzone after the game.

Exit the M5 and Junction 6, follow the road markings and signs to the A4440 and the AA signs marked 'WRFC Park and Walk' at Shire Business Park.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Wainwright Road (WR4 9FA) and park along here. Once parked, follow the AA signs for the footpath which leads to Sixways Stadium (approximately 10-minute walk). The route will be lit towards the stadium with a 'Butterfly Walk' to help you navigate on evening matchdays.
Park-and-Walk facilities are available at Southco and The Aspire Academy. These must be pre-booked here online in advance (subject to availability): https://warriorsparking.co.uk/
Pick up and drop off points are strictly in one zone opposite the EBC Fanzone, in the bays directly in front of Sixways House.
Please follow directions from signs and stewards to keep vehicles moving. Stopping anywhere else for drop off or pick up is not permitted, and your vehicle will be asked to move.

Additional courses can be pre-booked on a match-by-match basis in the East and West Boxes, as per the prices below:
Starter at £10.00 + VAT per person, per match
Dessert at £10.00 + VAT per person, per match
Cheese & Biscuits at £12 + VAT per person, per match
Should you wish to add additional courses to your package, please email VIP@warriors.co.uk at least 10 days before the fixture. Please note that this is a fixed deadline and additional courses are not available to purchase on the day and full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Furthermore, we are only able to offer Hospitality Boxes full servings of each course, i.e. we are unable to provide 6 servings of dessert to a box of 12 guests, and therefore it must be booked for the full 12 guests.
We can cater for all dietary requirements when pre-booked at least 10 days before the fixture. Please note that this is a fixed deadline and although we do try our best to accommodate requests past this point or on the day, we cannot guarantee this. Please email VIP@warriors.co.uk
Each Hospitality Box is equipped with a fully stocked fridge containing a wide selection of beverages.
To access this service, the lead booker must confirm via email whether they would like the fridge to be unlocked for an individual fixture or for the full season. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all fridges will remain locked.
All consumption will be recorded after your departure, and an invoice will be issued within three (3) working days of the matchday.
Should the lead booker wish to unlock the fridge during the match, they will be required to sign a declaration confirming that they accept responsibility for all beverages consumed and agree to be billed accordingly.
As an Annual Hospitality Member, you have the option to pre-order a range of exclusive wines from our wine menu.
To view a copy of our ‘Premium Wine Pre-Order List’ please contact one of the Commercial Team by email VIP@warriors.co.uk. All pre-orders must be paid for in advance and made 10 days before the fixture. Once ordered and delivered on match day, all drinks will be the property of the customer.
Bar tabs are not permitted at Sixways Stadium. Easy contactless payment methods are available at all hospitality bars and bars throughout the stadium.
At Sixways Stadium, we are proud of our family friendly atmosphere and as such welcome children of all ages, even in Hospitality. Please note that Under 12 hospitality spaces are not available in the Chairmans Lounge.
A separate children’s menu is available on request. Please email VIP@warriors.co.uk at least 10 days before the fixture to arrange a different meal for your child.
For our Chairman's Lounge hospitality guests, one hour of complimentary drinks will be served from when hospitality opens.
Please note that this lounge operates a different dress code to other hospitality areas, and rugby shirts must not be worn. Under 12 hospitality spaces are also not available in the Chairmans Lounge.
In the 5 Star Windows Suite, guests will have access to tables until half-time of the match.
Following the match, both home and away players will enter the suite for their post-match meal, while guests can continue to enjoy access to the suite, its private bar, and post-match entertainment.
For added convenience, a number of additional poseur and high-rise tables will also be available.
As there is no private bar in this area, a drinks table service will be available until the start of the second half of the match.
After the game, Sterling Suite guests will have access into the Five Star Windows Suite to enjoy post-match entertainment
All guests are invited to enjoy post-match entertainment in the Chairmans Lounge or Fanzone
Please do not take glasses on to the balcony seating areas outside hospitality suites or boxes. Please request plastic glasses. We operate a strict no smoking or vaping policy at Sixways
