The Warriors Pre-Season Showdown And Championship Fixtures Are Here

Worcester Warriors will mark their return to professional rugby with a high-profile preseason clash against Premiership champions Bath Rugby, followed by a mouth-watering West Midlands derby against Coventry in the opening round of Champ Rugby.

As the club embarks on this exciting new chapter, fans can look forward to an unforgettable day at Sixways Stadium when Bath Rugby visit for a special home pre-season fixture on Friday 19th September 2025. Bath Rugby are heading to Worcester for what’s sure to be a huge day as we bring professional rugby home again. We are pleased to confirm that Season Ticket holders have this fixture included.

Following this pre-season spectacle, the Warriors will dive straight into league action with a blockbuster home fixture against Coventry on 4 October. This local derby promises to be a high-stakes battle, setting the tone for the Warriors’ return in Champ Rugby.

"The preseason match against Bath gives us a huge opportunity to test ourselves against the very best, while the Coventry fixture will be a true measure of our readiness to compete at Championship level. With an entirely new group of players and coaches, these games will challenge us, but it’s a challenge we embrace. With unprecedented demand for season tickets, the club has announced that the South Stand will be opened for both the Bath and Coventry fixtures. Season tickets and hospitality packages have sold in record numbers, with the West and East Stands now almost fully subscribed. To meet demand, the South Stand will be made available for these two matches, with future fixtures reviewed based on ongoing demand. Please note that existing season ticket holders cannot transfer their seats to the South Stand as this will be open as demand dictates.

Match-by-match tickets for Champ Rugby fixtures will be priced from £28.00, with pre-season tickets for the Bath match available from £15.00.
