Warriors name side for trip to Nottingham

Thursday 26 February 2026

Worcester have made three changes to their side to take on Nottingham at Lady Bay on Friday night.

Côme Joussain, who played 21 times for Nottingham in the 23/24 season, makes his first Warriors start since round one after returning from injury against London Scottish.

He partners James Tyas in the second-row, who also comes into start after featuring off the bench against Caldy.

The rest of the pack remains unchanged, with Callum Smyth, who was a late call-up to last week’s starting line-up, joining Austin Wallis and Fraser Balmain in the front row.

Tim Anstee, Thabo Ndimande and Matt Kvesic all start in the back row for a fifth consecutive game.

Heading into the back-line, Will Reed and Will Lane continue their partnership at scrum-half and fly-half.

In the centres, Rory Taylor and Tom Hendrickson also start together again.

The final change to the starting XV sees Louis Brown return to a starting line-up for the first time since round nine.

Brown comes into the side at full-back, which sees Will Trewin shift to the wing, with Jake Garside completing the side.

On the bench, Ashley Challenger and Lewis Jones come onto the bench as forward options, with Juan González also returning to the 23.

Archie Vanes, Tim Hoyt, Obinna Nkwocha, James Short and Hallam Chapman complete the matchday squad.
