Lane and Ndimande start as Warriors face Scottish
Thursday 30 October 2025
Will Lane and Thabo Ndimande make their first competitive starts of the season as Worcester Warriors return to Sixways to take on London Scottish.
Speaking ahead of the game, former Warriors Academy scrum-half Lane said – “I’m incredibly excited, it means a lot for me and my family.”
“Any time pulling the Worcester shirt on is a massive privilege, but getting the start is a massive bonus, and I can’t wait to get out there for Friday Night Lights at Sixways.”
The inclusion of Lane and Ndimande are two of seven personnel changes to the starting XV that lost at Doncaster.
There’s a fully changed front row with Billy Keast, Will Biggs, and Ashley Challenger starting, after all featuring off the bench last weekend.
Hallam Chapman once again starts in the second row, and he’s joined this week by Tim Anstee, who shifts forward from flanker.
Captain Matt Kvesic swaps the 7 shirt for the 6 shirt, which allows Ndimande his first start at openside flanker – Khalik Kareem once again starts at eight.
Lane slots in at scrum-half, where he partners Tiff Eden, who starts for the third consecutive game.
Tom Seabrook and Billy Twelvetrees start again in the centres, with Jake Garside having another run-out on the wing.
Juan González and Louis Brown also come into the back-line to round out the starting XV.
New signing Huw Taylor comes straight onto the bench with Chris Preen and Tom Golder set for their first competitive appearances.
Austin Wallis, Livai Natave, Tim Hoyt, Lloyd Williams, and Will Reed complete the 23.
