Warriors announcing signing of Kofi Cripps

Worcester Warriors are delighted to announce the signing of exciting back-row Kofi Cripps ahead of the upcoming Champ Rugby season.

Cripps has spent the past few weeks on trial with the club and now joins permanently as the season edges closer.

Starting his career at Wasps, where he was coached by Warriors Head Coach Matt Everard, Cripps won England U'20 caps during the 2022 U'20s Six Nations.

Following Wasps administration, Cripps joined Bristol-based side Clifton RFC before joining Bristol Bears for the 2024/25 season - making his Prem debut last season against Newcastle Red Bulls.

On joining Worcester, the 23-year-old said, "I’m really excited to be joining Worcester and starting a new chapter in my career. From everything I’ve seen and heard, there’s a lot of ambition around the club and it feels like a really exciting time to be coming in."

"Having worked with Matt before was a big part of the decision for me. I know the standards he sets and I feel he understands me as a player and knows how to get the best out of my game.

"I’m looking forward to challenging myself, continuing to develop and bringing everything I can to the team."
