Warriors welcome Danton as new HR and Training Partner
Monday 19 October 2026
Worcester Warriors are delighted to welcome Danton as the club’s new HR and training partner, supporting the continued development of our people, culture and organisation as we build for the future.
Following the successful return of professional rugby to Sixways, the Warriors continue to evolve both on and off the field, with the recent Academy launch the latest piece in the jigsaw. As we continue to establish ourselves, investing in our people and ensuring we have the right structures, support and culture in place is key.
Danton will work closely with the Warriors and Sixways teams, providing specialist HR expertise and helping the business continue to develop a high-performing, professional and positive working environment.
Worcester Warriors Chief Executive, Stephen Vaughan, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Danton to the Worcester Warriors and Sixways family.
“Over the past year we have achieved a huge amount. We effectively started again from a standing start, rebuilt the rugby club and created a growing team and organisation around it.
“As we look towards the future, our people are central to our continued success. We want to create an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to perform at their very best.
“Danton shares that ambition, and their expertise will be incredibly valuable as we continue to develop.
“This is another important step in building a strong, sustainable and ambitious organisation that can deliver success both on the pitch and across Sixways.”
Duncan Roke from Danton added:
“We are delighted to be partnering with Worcester Warriors and Sixways at such an exciting time for the organisation.
“The club has shown tremendous ambition in rebuilding and creating a strong foundation for the future, and we are looking forward to delivering tailored HR support and training to support the team as it continues that journey.
“Great organisations are built around great people, and we are excited to play our part in helping Worcester Warriors to develop its people, culture and long-term success.”
“I was lucky enough to play for the club and to be working with the Warriors is fantastic."
