Warriors make four changes for visit of Blackheath

Thursday 29 October 2026

Worcester Warriors have made four changes to their side to take on Blackheath at Sixways on Friday night.

Both Josh Bassett and Kofi Cripps return from injury to make their first league appearances of the season, with Cripps making his Warriors Champ debut.

The former Bristol Bear wears the 8 shirt where he joins captain Matt Kvesic and Tim Anstee in the back row.

John Hawkins and Tom Savage start again in the second row, with the front row also remaining unchanged, seeing Billy Keast, Austin Wallis and Fraser Balmain start.

Heading into the backline, Will Lane and Will Reed once again partner each other in the half-back shirts.

Tom Seabrook wears 12 again and is joined this week in the centres by Alfie Garside, who came off the bench against Hartpury.

And it’s all change on the wing, with Bassett making his first appearance of the season and Juan González coming in from the start, joining Louis Brown at full-back.

On the bench, Lloyd Williams returns to the matchday squad after missing the Hartpury game through injury.

Also returning are Livai Natave and Tiff Eden, who feature in a 23 for the first time this season, with Jack Dickinson, Ashley Challenger, Owain Evans, James Cherry and Jake Garside completing the side.
