Warriors confirm signings of Joe Jones and Jack Dickinson
Thursday 30 April 2026
Worcester Warriors have today confirmed the signings of front-row duo Joe Jones and Jack Dickinson ahead of the 2026/27 Champ Rugby season.
Jones joins the Warriors from Prem side Harlequins, where he joined in February from fellow Champ side Doncaster Knights.
With a raft of top-level experience in both the URC and Premiership, Joe will be a huge addition to the Warriors pack.
Commenting on his move, Jones said, "I'm grateful and excited for the opportunity to sign for Worcester Warriors next season."
"I'm looking forward to being part of something special in the coming years."
Warriors Head Coach Matt Everard spoke on Jones' arrival, saying, "Joe brings a lot of experience."
"He is a superb set-piece forward, both in the scrum and the maul and has recently delivered that at the top level with Harlequins."
Dickinson joins Worcester from fellow Champ Rugby side Nottingham, a side that he has regularly captained this season.
Crossing for ten tries so far in the league this season, Dickinson is a dynamic hooker who is a product of the Nottingham academy, having also had spells in the Wasps Senior Academy and at Ampthill.
Speaking ahead of his move, Jack said, "I'm extremely excited to join the club next season."
"Worcester's a club with a lot of history and an exciting future."
"I can't wait to rip in with the lads and get to know the supporters."
Everard added on Dickinson's arrival, "Jack is a really experienced, top-end Champ player, he brings a dogged edge around the park.
"He’s tough and doesn't take a step backwards.”
Jones and Dickinson's arrival has come amongst a range of announcements of those current players who will be in a Worcester shirt next season, stay tuned for more announcements of both those Here To Stay and some more new Warriors!
