Warriors secure another five points on the road

Worcester Warriors secured another five-point victory on the road, crossing for seven tries against a resilient Richmond side.
Four first-half tries for the Warriors sent them into the break narrowly ahead, with three more second-half scores securing victory.
It took just three minutes for Worcester to cross for the opening score when strong kick pressure forced a turnover in the Richmond 22 before some quick handling out wide to James Short, who powered through a gap for his sixth try of the season.
And the Warriors added a second after capitalising on a Richmond error in their 22 to turn defence into attack quickly, with Will Trewin breaking down the left wing before putting a kick through for Lloyd Williams to chase and dot down his fourth try in three games.
The visitors fought back with their first of the game with flanker Miles Wakeling crossing after a quick tap penalty.
Just before the thirty-minute mark, Worcester added a third try when Williams darted down the blindside from a driving maul to send Siva Naulago over the line.
Richmond again responded in quick time with Paul Altier cutting through a gap in the Worcester defensive line to cross under the posts.
And Altier soon had a second to put his side ahead after he read an intercept perfectly to run in out wide.
However, the lead didn’t last long with Naulago adding his second when he cut through midfield after some looping hands from the back-line, sending Worcester narrowly ahead at the break.
In the early stages of the second-half, the Warriors peppered the Richmond line and were held up three times before a fifth try came.
And that fifth came when a driving maul motored towards the line with Ash Challenger getting the reward.
Both sides began to ring the changes, but the Warriors' territory and possession paid off with a deserved sixth try coming with the ball finding Josh Bassett out wide, with the winger finishing well in the corner.
The final five minutes of the game brought three more tries, first Altier secured his hat-trick and the Richmond bonus-point from a grubber kick-through.
Worcester then added a seventh with Tiff Eden reading a pass perfectly to pluck the ball out of the air and run in under the sticks.
Warriors had the victory secured, but Richmond had the final say when Ronnie Du Randt crossed with the clock in the red.
